前言

根據甘肅省住房和城鄉建設廳《關于下達〈2021年甘肅省工程建設標準及標準設計編制項目計劃〉（第一批）的通知》（甘建標〔2021〕185號)的要求，標準編制組在調查研究，總結實踐經驗，在參考有關技術資料及廣泛征求意見的基礎上，結合甘肅省土壤情況、氣候特點等，為園林綠化施工項目管理提供技術依據，促進園林綠化工程建設標準化、規范化、程序化，制定本標準。

According to the requirements of Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Issuing the 2021 Gansu Provincial Engineering Construction Standards and Standard Design and Compilation Project Plan (First Batch)" (Ganjianbiao [2021] No. 185), the standards compilation team is investigating Research, sum up practical experience, on the basis of referring to relevant technical materials and soliciting opinions widely, combined with the soil conditions and climate characteristics of Gansu Province, provide technical basis for the management of landscaping construction projects, and promote the standardization, standardization and procedure of landscaping project construction , to formulate this standard. 

本標準共分13章,主要技術內容是：1.總則；2.術語;3.施工準備;4.綠化種植工程;5.大樹移植工程;6.立體綠化工程;7.地面鋪裝工程;8.假山、疊石、置石工程;9.園林水系工程;10.雨水收集回用工程;11.園林其他工程；12.安全與文明施工;13.工程質量驗收。本標準由甘肅省工程建設標準管理辦公室負責管理，甘肅建投生態建設集團有限公司負責具體技術內容的解釋。

This standard is divided into 13 chapters, the main technical contents are: 1. General principles; 2. Terminology; 3. Construction preparation; ;8. Rockery, stone stacking, stone placement project; 9. Garden water system project; 10. Rainwater collection and reuse project; 11. Other garden projects; 12. Safety and civilized construction; 13. This standard is managed by the Gansu Provincial Engineering Construction Standards Management Office, and Gansu Jiantou Ecological Construction Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for the interpretation of the specific technical content.

由甘肅建投生態建設集團有限公司主編的甘肅省地方標準《園林綠化工程施工技術標準》（DB62/T 3220 -2022）正式發布實施。此項《標準》的發布意義深遠，預示著我省的園林綠化工程施工技術即將邁入新的征程。

Recently, the local standard of Gansu Province, "Technical Standards for Landscaping Engineering Construction" (DB62/T 3220-2022), edited by Gansu Jiantou Ecological Construction Group Co., Ltd., was officially released and implemented. The release of this "standard" has far-reaching significance, indicating that the construction technology of landscaping projects in our province is about to enter a new journey.

《園林綠化工程施工技術標準》共分13章，主要內容是依據甘肅省土壤情況、氣候特點等實際情況，對甘肅省轄區內新建、改建、擴建的各類公園綠地、防護綠地、附屬綠地等綠化工程施工項目管理提供技術依據。規定了園林綠化工程施工技術質量的施工方法、質量標準。提出了園林綠化工程施工現場質量管理和質量控制要求，制度出了園林綠化工程施工質量驗收中子單位和子分部工程的劃分標準，分類匯總了甘肅省常見適生園林綠化植物，內容廣泛而齊全，具有先進性和實際可操作性。

It stipulates the construction methods and quality standards of the construction technology quality of landscaping projects. The requirements for quality management and quality control at the construction site of landscaping projects are put forward, and the standards for the division of neutron units and sub-division projects for the construction quality acceptance of landscaping projects are formulated, and the common suitable landscaping plants in Gansu Province are classified and summarized. , with advanced and practical operability.

過程

《園林綠化工程施工技術標準》從2021年6月16日接到甘肅省住房和城鄉建設廳批準立項到2022年4月14日通過甘肅省住房和城鄉建設廳、甘肅省市場監督管理局聯合發布公告批準為甘肅省地方標準以來，歷時近一年的時間里，經過預研、立項、起草、征求意見、批準等階段，公司各級領導、牽頭部門和編制組成員都付出了艱辛努力，貢獻了智慧和心血。該《標準》先后歷經3次由生態建設公司組織的專家評審，3次由甘肅省住房和城鄉建設廳標準辦公室組織的審查，最終獲批發布并印刷出版，于2022年7月1日起實施。

The "Technical Standards for Landscaping Project Construction" will be approved by the Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on June 16, 2021, and will be jointly issued by the Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on April 14, 2022. 生態建設公司主導的《園林綠化工程施工技術標準》編制工作，是主動承擔了作為國營企業的社會責任，該《標準》的實施不僅彌補了目前甘肅省有關園林綠化工程缺乏綠化施工技術標準的空白，還進一步規范了甘肅省園林綠化企業的施工行為，為甘肅省園林綠化施工項目管理提供技術依據。對促進甘肅省園林綠化工程建設標準化、規范化、程序化發展具有積極意義。今后，生態建設公司將繼續認真貫徹黨中央、國務院、省、市及集團公司關于推進科技創新的決策部署，全面落實創新驅動發展戰略，在生態治理、環境治理、綠色礦山產業、經濟林、儲備林建設等相關施工領域積極探索制定施工技術標準、規程，全力打造科技創新型生態環保企業。
